PRAYER
Thank you Lord for your Word coming to us today, our hearts and minds are open to receive the blessing coming to us even now as a result of the Word, we receive it gladly and joyfully into our spirits, in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.
Faith is a principle with which we live by in the Kingdom of God.
Hebrews 11:1 says,
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
The Amplified Classic translation says,
"Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, [a]the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses]."
Faith is our assurance of the things we hope for. Faith always works, if it didn't work, it was not faith for faith always works.
When you desire a miracle, you need faith for it to happen. Your faith is what gets the miracle done.
Believing and faith are two different things. When you believe, you are still in the level of hope, you agree hoping for your miracle. Faith is not hope, faith is not in the future, faith is now.
With faith, you are not trying to make it happen, it has happened! Hallelujah!
Faith is the proof that it has happened. That is why the Amplified Classic calls it the title deed, you don't see it but you can touch it. It's not visible to your eyes, but you know it is yours! Hallelujah!
We were given faith in the same measure as Christians.
"For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than He ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith." Romans 12:3.
All we need to do now is to grow this measure. You do this by feeding on the Word daily which is food for your spirit-man to grow, and to grow healthy, well nourished
by the Word.
You need physical food to grow, the same way, your spirit-man needs spiritual food to grow. This spiritual food is the Word of God. You feed on it daily as you study it. Hallelujah!
As you feed on the Word, your faith grows. This is how you get faith for big things. You get big faith for big miracles. The Word is the only proven material that produces faith in people.
To receive a miracle, you have to create an atmosphere of faith. If you are doing it for someone, maybe an unbeliever, you must create an atmosphere of faith for him or her to receive salvation as you intercede for him or her.
Praying intensely for such people can be done through effectual fervent prayers.
"...The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16."
Hebrews 4:16 says
"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
So we can obtain mercy from God's throne of grace to help those who are in need, receive God’s favour.
After this, make the Word abundantly available to them so they can hear it again and again.
"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17.
Without the hearing of the Word, you can't have faith, for faith comes to you in the Word.
You are God's point of contact to reach the lost and make the Gospel known to them.
"How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?" Romans 10:14.
Fulfill your ministry today as a minister of reconciliation, manifesting the savour of God’s knowledge everywhere you go. Hallelujah!
